Skin first, makeup second – GLOSSIER
I heard about Glossier thru my good friend Steven and thru one of my girl inspos Martine. Steven told me that Glossier has a very nice range of skin care products that one must really try. He swear by Glossier especially to the ff: Milky Jelly Cleanser, Balm Dot Com and the Boy Brow. After our talk about it (which is very convincing), I wanted to try it too so bad as soon as possible. I searched for it on the interwebs and as usual the official site doesn’t ship outside US so I headed to Instagram asap and compared reseller prices. Good thing I landed to @glossiermnl. I made it to their batch 1 group and had a very smooth transaction with them and thereeee!
Hey oh hey! I just want to share to you guys my pen haul for the last 2 weeks. If you don’t know, I am a huge modern calligraphy hobbyist. I do a lot of script stuff using my brush and china ink to do my commissions and personal stuff. Recently, my mother told me it’s ok to invest on writing materials because I need it for my sideline, hehe.
This is long overdue, but it’s still better to blog it than never right? Anyway, Last August 28 Daiso Japan opened a new branch in Shangri-la Plaza. That faithful day made me happy because there are now 3 branches of Daisos near my house!
Last week, November 14, I went to Komikon right after my talk in DLSU. I left DLSU around 5pm, battled the epicness of MRT around 6pm and arrived safely in Shaw Blvd. around 6:30pm. I was worried actually that I might not able to make it to komikon, I decided to walk and run instead. While walking along Shaw Blvd. I saw 2 guys going home with big eco bags of Komikon I didn’t think twice to ask them if the event’s still open… so I asked them they said it was already done because the event was only until 7… and my heart was crushed into pieces because I really really want to have 1st dibs on Manix Abrera’s new book, NEWS HARDCORE: HUKBONG SANDATAHAN NG KAHAGGARDAN.
